The Philippine National Police Information Technology Management Service (PNP-ITMS) is now accepting applicants for the 1st Semester CY 2009 PO1 Recruitment Program.
We need Twenty-seven (27) graduates of BS Information Technology, BS Computer Science, BS Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering and other ICT related courses. With or without experience, single or married and ages 21-30 years old.
Philippine National Police Information Technology Management Service is the branch of the PNP that caters to the development of the ICT needs of the PNP. It is located at the ITMS Building PNP National Headquarters, Camp Crame, Quezon City. Our mission is to design, develop, maintain and manage the information systems, databases, and network systems of the PNP. Specifically, our functions are computer forensics, cyber security, maintenance of Geographical Information Systems (GIS), network installation, computer troubleshooting, applications programming, database administration, web development, ICT training and research and other ICT related jobs as per directive of the Chief, PNP.
Police Officer 1 is the entry level for the PNP Non-Commissioned Officers who will be assigned plainly in the ITMS Office or be detailed at other units/offices to do any one of ICT functions mentioned above. The PNP is an equal opportunity employer wherein you will receive a basic pay of P9, 466.00 with additional allowances such as PERA, hazard pay, subsistence, quarter, additional compensation, clothing and laundry allowance estimated at P5, 000.00. Other benefits are free hospitalization for you and immediate dependents, career growth and stability. It is also the stepping stone for you to go up to the career ladder and become a Police Commissioned Officer with rank of Police Inspector equivalent to the rank of lieutenant in the Armed Forces of the Philippines.

1. Personal Data Sheet (Revised 2005 which can be downloaded at http://www.csc.gov.ph)
2. Birth Certificate issued by NSO
3. Authenticated Diploma & Transcript of Records
4. Eligibility such as PO1 Napolcom Exam, Career Service Professional exam, 2nd level eligibility issued by NCC and confirmed by Civil Service Commission.
